RETURNS:
IWURI Candles’ return policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. For preorders, the return period extends to 30 days from the date you receive your delivery. After these time frames, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. The cost of returning the item to IWURI Candles will be your responsibility.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If any of our items arrive damaged, please email us at 'hello@iwuri.co.uk' with your order number and photographic proof of the damage. There's no need to return the damaged goods.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming that your item(s) have arrived. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, we will process it, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that there may be a processing time before your bank authorises the refund.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
